Nuclear Scale

The nuclear scale is used in on-line continuous measuring and proportioning control for various bulk solid materials in the industries of cement, coal, coking plant, steel, mine, power, chemical and food etc. It is suitable for the following conveyors: belt conveyor, screw feeder, groove and chain conveyor, scraper conveyor, chain bucket conveyor and track conveyor.
Principle:
determines the conveyor load according to the attenuation ratio of material to radial intensity, multiplies conveyor velocity and obtains material flux and accumulative amount.
Performance index:
1. When the conveyor operates normally, dynamic accumulative amount error is ≤1.0% (material load changes in 20%-100% of full scale range);
2. In normal conditions, zero drift is ±0.2% in 24 hours.
