Nucleic Acids Extraction Research Kits

The IsoPure™ Mini is an automated magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) extraction system designed to extract up to 16 samples at a time.  This extraction instrument is ideal for researchers who regularly isolate nucleic acids but do not use 96 well plates.  The IsoPure™ Mini uses the same technology as full size MNP systems, but miniaturized in both size and cost.  Samples are loaded into columns 1 and 7 with MNPs while reagents for the extraction process are loaded in parallel to the remaining wells.  The IsoPure™ has temperature control and is programmable using an Android operating device.  

Automated extraction with the IsoPure™ Mini has been effectively used for plant nucleic acid purification using a modified Synergy™ homogenization protocol.  The hybrid protocol provides better yields than leading competitor products at a much lower cost.
