Nut Granulator / Accurate Cutting Machine

The Nut Granulator is perfect solution for nut, peanut and dry fruit processor for cutting nuts and make granules of accurate size to use in chocolate, biscuits and other food product. The machine is designed to make sharp edge granules, cube or slices of precession size. We have used cutting blade technology at accurate pressure on product, so nut shall be cut in exact size with minimum damage and powder. There are lot of customization can be done in our machine for various application as required by nut/food processor to the product they want to cut. It is ideal choice for chocolate, biscuit, energy bar or peanut butter makers for make crunchy pieces for their products. We have two models available for this machine by its size G150 with 150 mm cutting aria and G300 with 300 mm cutting aria. Both models have a built in vibrating sieve to separate material and get perfect product. Cutting size and vibrating sieve are customizable as required application
