Our manufacturing facility is a state-of-the-art building and adheres to all regulations of the
International Food Safety (IFS) standards. The factory is ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP certified & FSSAI licensed manufacturing facility.
Our plant is situated in Ballabhgarh (Haryana). It is spread across a 100,000 sq.ft.area.The facility is fully automated and prevents quality problems caused by human intervention.
• Milk Spray Dryer Unit with 0.25 million ltr milk / 10 MT at our manufacturing plant in IMT Faridabad, Haryana, INDIA
• Milk Spray Dryer Unit with 0.5 million ltr milk / 20 MT at our manufacturing plant in Jaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA
• Drum dryer Unit with 2 MT drying and production capacity of cereals at our manufacturing plant in Sikri
Faridabad, Haryana, INDIA
• Complete Packaging Line for Baby milk cereals and IMF in Tins, Sachets, and Bags in Boxes.
• Complete packaging line for protein supplements and sports nutrition in Pet jar / HDPE jars, pouches, and sachets. These are distributed locally as well as exported overseas.
Both our plants have Technical Manager, Production Manager, Supervisors, and Dispatch Manager overseeing all operations.

We have set up a separate quality control department, wherein our QC team maintains a strict course of action throughout each and every stage of the production process. We have a well-equipped lab with the latest technology and adequate facilities for Physico-chemical and microbiological analysis; few are outsourced if required.
