What is Nutritional Yeast?

Making its primary grown nutritional yeast from pure strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown on sugar cane molasses. After the fermentation process is completed the yeast is harvested, thoroughly washed, pasteurized, and dried on roller drum dryers.
