Nylon Transmission belts are flat belts with high tensile Nylon (polyamide) as a core, laminated on either or both sides with friction covers of Chrome Leather, Textile Fabric or Synthetic Elastomer. These belts have long and trouble free operational lives and are suitable for short centre & high ratio drives affording freedom in drive design. Embekon Engineers deals in the entire range of Nylon Sandwich Belting which includes the following belts types. These belts are available in varied nylon cord thicknesses as per requirement.

Belt Types

GR - Elastomer friction coating on both sides
GG - Elastomer friction coating on both sides
TT - Textile fabric on both sides
GT - Elastomer coating on driving side and textile fabric on outer side
LL - Chrome leather on both sides
LT - Chrome leather on driving side, textile fabric on outer side.
ST - Elastomer friction coating on one side and cotton fabric on the other side
