PVC Semi Rigid Duct, Length : 2 To 10 Meters. +/- 10%

This duct is manufactured using first quality nylon / polyster fabric coated with PVC on both sides. Designed with the help of cutting-edge technology as per the set industry norms, offered PVC Semi Rigid Duct is used in various industries like Tunnel, Mines and Ship buildings. Apart from this, It is suitable for both, exhaust and blowing application.
The PVC Semirigid Ducting shall be manufactured from Non porous, Water proof, reinforced material made from Heavy Quality Polyester fabric having PVC coated on both the sides. This ducting will be provided with 6” or 4" pitch heavy spiral spring steel wire reinforcement held in position with the help of welded PVC extruded  section on the outer periphery of the ducting. The above ducting will be used for both EXHAUST & BLOWER Application. The ducting will be supplied as per your requirement upto 10m length +/- 10% complete with hooks for hanging and suitable leak proof PVC Coupling Band.  We shall supply one Coupling band with every 10m long Ducting. The withstand temperature  of this duct shall be -20 Deg. C to +70 Deg. C. Colour : Yellow/White.

This process further results in very flexible and elastic and trouble free to handle duct. By covering the fabric with virgin PVC Compound that is made up of 100% new PVC without any reused scrap or fill material, we can accomplish lighter covering and less weight.
• One of the exclusive features of our quality assured ducting is that it has rings on both the ends, which makes sure 100% Leak Proof Joints. Its another advantage is that the duct does not drag apart in case the pairing band is spoiled or becomes loose due to any outside force.
• Apart from providing PVC Coupling Bands which consists of Wire Rope & Tightening Bolt as a typical Coupling arrangement, we can also offer Metal Coupling Band.
• There are Plated Spring Steel Suspension Hooks for trouble free installation from Overhead Wire Rope.
• The complete Overhead Wire Rope Assembly with Clamps, Turn Buckle, Bracket, and more are further suggested for instant installation & free lateral movement of ducting.
