Oakes, Model 14MC10, jackted high shear continuous rotor stator pin mill mixer with 316 stainless steel contact partsrated up to 4000 lb per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with Crepaco, Model R3R, positive displacement feed pump with a 2"OD 1½"ID seated bevel style inlet powered by a 1½ hp drive and a 14" diameter mixing head with 2"OD1½"ID seated bevel style center product discharge with 48" ground clearance powered by a 10 hp drive. Control panel with push button start stop for rotor and pump and variable speed controls. System mounted on a painted base frame with casters.
