Steam injection system designed for work with pressurized boiler steam, with double jacketed piping and steam separator.

Advantages:

Built from 100% stainless steel, with a virtually indefinite useful life and hygienic applications.
Stainless steel centrifugal steam separator to separate dry steam from boiler steam.
Steam injection in jacketed pipes. The live steam jacket ensures any drops formed by condensation are immediately evaporated.
The pipes have thermoplastic nozzles for the injection of dry steam.
Stainless steel header to distribute the water vapour perfectly to each injection pipe.
Available for capacities > 1000 kg/h of steam and for pressures of up to 4 bar (g).
Absorption distances from + / - 300 mm.
