Noble Industries produces oem components and after market oem components. The difference is whether the metal oem components are being made for the Original Equipment Manufacturer or for an after market change in the vehicle or product. The metal fabrication process for either type of part is the same.
Noble Industries has been the Original Equipment manufacturer for 3 products in fact that is where we got our start. In the early 1970's, we manufactured metal aquarium stands and distributed them throughout the United States. In 1978 we launched our second OEM product, Noble Pyramid car ramps. In 1985 we introduced our third OEM product, the Noble Nitro Chiller.
Noble Industries also has 40 years of being a OEM metal fabrication company. We have made Utility Control Housings, Electric Boxes, Battery Boxes, metal enclosures for generator pumps and compressors. Additionally a large portion of our OEM metal fabrication is for Automotive Aftermarket, medical and many other industries.
When we start the process to make OEM components, client specifications and drawings are submitted. Our process engineering department will review the drawings and product requirements. Tolerances and bend ratios are discussed along with how the oem component is going to be used. Getting as many details about the part and use is critical for successful OEM metal fabrication.
Once we are ready for production, job folders are created. The job folder(s) and inspection control documents follow the oem component jobs until completion and are then filed until next order or release.
