OFFICE VENTILATION

There is a strong belief that as offices are generally air conditioned and because of that offices do not require air ventilation .But because of strong outer heat first roof top becomes hot, then heat is transferred to false ceiling and pressure on air conditioner increases thus increasing electricity cost. These ventilators keep the space in between the false ceiling and roofing sheet cool and help in reducing air conditioning cost. This intermediate space between the roofing sheet and false ceiling is also a potential store house of moisture and humidity. Moisture and humidity slowly but surely start damaging the POP ceilings and plaster and also paint on the wall surface.
