Ofsiq OZ Combination of Ofloxacin + Ornidazole is used for treatment of bacterial infection. This combination has activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including respiratory and enteric Gram-negative bacilli (e.g., Pseudomonas spp.), Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter aerogenes, as well as Anthrax bacillus.
