Features

This model has been designed in a simple and symmetrical shape.

TripleReduction Gear Box with helical gears of cast steel and pinion shaftsof special steel. Gearbox is aligned with all the bodies on a singlefabricated base.

This expeller has chambers of Mild Steel, horizontally hinged of lentgh 44" .

Cake thickness can be adjusted on running Machine.

Worm Assembly, discharge ring, compression ring are all hard faced welded.

Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the Gear Box.The shaft is water cooled.

Crammer Shaft for extra cramming of the Seed or Cake in the feed body is completely supported on Bearings.

Base and bodies are fabricated from Mild Steel.

Kettle:	LongKettle of Length 8 feet or 12 feet .Steam jackets for efficient cookingof seed. Pipe fitting contains safety value, steam spray pipes,pressure gauge, steam valves, steam traps. Exhaust fan is also providedto extract excess steam or moisture from cooking chambers. Kettle issupported separately on a fabricated structure.
High Capacity:	Pre Crushing capacity of upto 20 ton per day and final crushing capacity of 15 ton per day
