These plants can be designed as per customer’s specifications and are also available in varying capacities covering a whole range of applications in low, high and extra high voltage equipments. They perform the following functions:

removal of suspended impurities such as dust, rust, scales, colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc. Up to < 1 micron.

degassing and dehydration of transformer oil with vacuum circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank prevention of acid formation by evaporation and adsorption method

Established in the year 2000, Expert Systems has since then been manufacturing and supplying vacuum impregnation plant, industrial oil filters and engineered oil filtration plants of varying capacities as well as vacuum impregnation plants and vacuum drying autoclaves. Our product range also includes Capacitor Impregnation plant and Turbine Oil Filtration Plant. Our high quality, precision engineered equipment is supplied to transformer industry where they are utilized to maintain the flow and filtration of insulating oils. Our systems effectively remove all impurities restoring the oils to a pure grade.
