Oil Mill

Oil Mill is mainly used to expel oil from Oil seeds like Ground nut oil, Soya bean, Sesame Seed, Rep Seed, Palm Kernels, Mustered Seeds, Castor seeds, Cotton Seeds, Sun Flower, and copra etc. During the initial process, Oil Seeds get passed through the crusher or copra Cutter in required amount and through elevator, they get stored just above expeller, where required amount of heat temperature is provided for cooking. Then, the oil gets easily separated from crushed seeds and stored in vessel which then, sent through scanner, filter Press and micro filter. The oil that is produced by Oil Mill is suitable for edible purpose.
Functions

• Sunflower/mustard / Rapseed Cracker : in this part seeds feeds to cracks seeds ,Kernel and Husk before crushing.
• Ground Nut Decorticator : is used to separate cleaned Ground Nut seeds and husk , and husk is blowed and passed through screened and at different stage husk gets separated.
• Copra Cutter : is used to cuts copra into pieces.
• Palm nut Cracker : Used to separate Palm Kernel and husk.
• Steam Boiler : Steam Boiler generates steam from water and Provides required steam to Oil Mill and then provides both open and closed steam according to requirement of steam for cooking in expeller cooking chamber through oil seeds gets softens
• Steam Boiler pump : Boiler water feed pump is used for feeding water from the water tank to steam boiler under high pressure. This is a specially designed high pressure reciprocating pump or multistage pump .
• Long/ Round steam cooking kettle : Pre-processed oilseed from decorticator or cutter or cracker is fed to cooking kettle for cooking purpose is necessary for highest recovery and long life of oils. Long cooking kettle is specially designed preferable for proper cooking of oilseed to get good result.
• Oil Expeller : The cooked oilseed is fed to Expeller to get oil and oilcake separately
• Filter Pump : The filter pump is used to fed ex;pelled oil from the oil tank to filter press under pressure.
• Plate & frame Filter Press with cloth : All undesirable material gets separated and clean transparent edible oil gets
• Oil Mill Capacity : 1 tones per day to 30 tones per day available.
