These are of oil – immersed, Rotary Vane type Pumps. The rotor with two spring loaded vanes is mounted eccentric in the stator body, As the rotor, rotates the vane sweep the crescent shape air spaces twice in each revolution. These is in-built non return valve which prevents back flow or air.
Manufactured from graded material, all moving parts are precisely machined, ground & assembled with close tolerance. This results in increased efficiency & long trouble free operating life.

Temperature Range : 5 Deg. C above ambient to 37 Deg. C/50 Deg. C for Standard Model.
Model for 90 Deg. C & 110 Deg. C available Optionally.
Temperature Resolution : 0.1 Deg. C.
Temperature Control Accuracy : +/- 0.2 Deg. C or better.
Sensor : Pt-100 type.
Acrylic door with lock & key to prevent accidental alternation OR disturbance to set Temperature.
Unit will be supplied with 3 Alum. Block interchangeable having 15 holes of 10.6mm approx.
Total Capacity 45 wells of 10.6mm dia.
Other Capacity/Wells available Optionally.
Specially designed heater for Uniform temperature heavily insulated with cerwool.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

Air Ballast : This is a vent pipe introducing air before actual compressors which eliminates condensation of the sucked vapor, Thereby avoiding contamination of oil.

Air Admittance Valve : It is electromagnetic solenoid type which admits air into the system as soon as the power supply fails. This prevents back-flow of oil to the system.

USE OIL : ENCLO – 46 (H.P.) SAE – 30 or Equivalent, Vacuum Oil.

Non Return Valve : It is rubber diaphragm type, spring loaded valve, which prevents back-flow of oil to the system as soon as pump stops. These can not be used to hold the vacuum in the system for longer period
