Post Forming Adhesive is superior grade high performance water based poly vinyl acetate dispersion enriching with special additives. which has been developed especially for half round and full round F'ost Forming application.
Areas of Application :

• Half round Post Forming
• Full round Post Forming
• Finger Joints

Application Methods :

• Surfaces to be bonded should be free from oil. grease. and dust and dlrty.
• Should be dry and properly leveled.
• For best results. roeghen the surfaces to be bonded.
• Stir content of container before use.
• Apply even coats Of OMBOND Post Forming first on comparatively on porous surface for e.g. apply first on porous surface like Plywood, MDF, particle board.
• Do not allow adhesive to dry. and bring both the surfaces in contact together. make proPer alignment ana start pressing from one side by using net squeezed cloth to avoid bubbles, and ensuring uniform contact and no At interruption between both thesurfaces.
• Pressure con be given using Post Forming + Post Inks with different twining of cycles air Auto / Manual mode for Half Bound, Full Bound, Bull Nose, Duck BUll Nose etc.
