KWT 151AS One Head Auto Capping Machine

Features:

Machine main construction by stainless steel SUS 304

Mitsubishi PLC Control system combined with Pro-Face touch screen.

Auto cap feeder with caps vibrating bowl and cap chute for one size only.

Cap chute with photo sensor, machine will stop automatically while no cap.

Pick & Place device for placing the cap onto bottle mouth automatically.

Pick & Place is driven by servo motor with rotary actuator.

One capping Head (for one size only) is driven by servo motor with electrical cylinder.

Fast changeover device and easy machine clearing.

One air compressor is required. (to be prepared by buyer).

Options:

Vibratory bowl and cap chute for the 2nd different size of screw cap.

Gripper for the 2nd different size of screw cap.

Capping head for the 2nd different size of screw cap.
