Our multi-parameter analyzer is engineered to meet a wide range of testing requirements. Using a combination of UV–Visible Spectroscopy and Amperometric measurement techniques, it accurately measures essential water quality parameters including COD, BOD, pH, TSS, Chlorine, and more. With RS-485 communication and analog output, the system integrates seamlessly into existing process control or SCADA systems.
At the heart of the analyzer is a UV absorption system commonly used in modern process industries. It features a high-efficiency Xenon flash lamp, rated for 10⁹ flashes, providing several years of operation even with one measurement every minute. This ensures excellent stability, repeatability, and long-term reliability in continuous monitoring.
To enhance flexibility, additional physico-chemical sensors can be added when required. External probes for pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity can be easily connected to extend the system’s capability. The dissolved oxygen probe uses an optical measurement principle, designed to offer higher stability, reduced maintenance, and reliable performance compared to conventional electrochemical sensors.
