How to Use Onstair-O Tablet

How Onstair-O Tablet Works

Onstair-O Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ondansetron and pantaprazole. Ondansetron is an antiemetic (anti-nausea medicine). It inhibits the action of serotonin, a chemical messenger that can trigger nausea and vomiting. pantaprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

• A lower dose may be advised in patients with liver disease and who have to take this medicine for a long time.
