the opc system is installed in the line before de oven and inspects the dot, pre-cut and alignment between both.
the opc system developed by sysvra differs from the others due to its backlighting, a product designed by our engineers, and a camera layout, specifically designed for opc inspection.
the ampoule is lifted off the chain positioning the neck to perform the pre-cut, ensuring (as long as the neck is within +/- 0.5mm tolerance) that the cut is always the same, making in the same step the printing of the dot thus ensuring, alignment with cut.
