These Racks and Panels are manufactured to stringent specifications to meet varied requirements of communications and are also manufactured to customer’s design and specifications.

I. SHOWER TEST: To check integrity of the Racks and Panels against water penetration.

II ENVIRONMENTAL CYCLE TEST: To determine working capability of the Rack and Panel for climatic conditions.

Dwell Time -	4 Hrs.
Transition Time -	2 Hrs.
Cycle Duration -	10:30 Hrs.
Number of Cycles -	10

III VIBRATION TEST: To check effect of Vibrations caused due to tempest, storm and other inclement weather conditions.

Sweep -

(10-300) Hz ±2% at 1 octare±10% per min.

These Racks and Panels are tested for axial Tension of 70 Newtons applied longitudinally for 10 min. on the cables and for Pig Tails / Patch Cords the test is conducted at 25 Newtons for 10 min. (to simulate effect of accidental pull).
