it is mainly used in whitening and brightening of polyester and blended fabrics such as polyestercotton, polyestersilk and polyesterflax etc.
It is suitable for pad-dyeing and high-temperature & high-pressure dip-dyeing.
It also can be applied to low-temperature adsorption and fixation dip-dyeing, as well as hot-finalizing technique.

usage
pad-dyeing:
dosage: 1.5-3gl based on actual dosage, 190-195� for baking to finalizing, 30sec.
High-temperature & high-pressure dip-dyeing:
dosage: 0.2-0.5% (o.w.f.)
bath ratio: 1:10-20
ph value: 4.5-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
dyeing temperature: 120-130�
dyeing period: 30-60min.
Low-temperature adsorption & fixation dip-dyeing:
dosage: 0.3-0.7% (o.w.f.)
bath ratio: 1:10-20
dyeing temperature: 50-60�
dyeing period: 30min.
Finalize temperature: 185-190�
finalize period: 30-40sec.
