APPLICATION:
“NOVA” Micro-Control Based Orbital Shaking Incubator are available in various size, capacity and inner chamber material for various application and uses in Biology, Virology, Oceanography, Water Pollution, Medical, Microbiology, Sewage, R & D, Agriculture, Dairy Product, Food Research Lab, Bacteriological, Pathological & Quality Control Work and other application include cultivation of Bacteria, Shell Life Test, Cultivation of insect varieties for Genetic Studies, Preservation of vaccine and other test demanding constant and uniform temperature below and above ambient with or without shaking.
CONSTRUCTION:
Double walled construction, exterior of Mild Steel finished in powder coating epoxy paint/enamel paint. Interior made of STAINLESS STEEL. PUF/Glasswool insulation will be provided between the chambers to minimize heat/cool loss. Glass-window or full glass door will be provided. The door will be of double walled provided with magnetic gasket, lock and handle. Removable trays are provided. Forced air circulation is provided for uniform temperature. High power single phase PMDC motor driven shaking system along with Electronic DC drive and Digital RPM Meter for shaking. The entire unit rest on castor wheels for easy moveability.
HEATING & COOLING:
Heating by long lasting air/strip heaters provides heating above ambient temperature with electronic digital control and display system. Hermetically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser provide cooling below ambient temperature.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
All the controls are provided on the front top side of the unit for easy assessment, operation and maintenance.
PANEL:
The control panel system is consisting of Voltmeter, Ampere Meter, Digital display and control unit-Micro control Based, Pilot lamp, Mains ON/OFF Switch, Mains Indicator, Heating or Cooling system “ON” indication, Shaking ON/OFF Switch, RPM Control Digital RPM Indicator etc.
