Owing to this fact your order might differ in weight leading to addition of some extra charges on the order that you have placed. For example – If the cost of 1kg musk melon is 60/- and the weight is 1kg 100g then you will be charge Rs.60/- plus the charge of 100g.

    A 100g of organic carrot is consists of 9% of vitamin C , 334% of Vitamin A , 3% of calcium and magnesium . It is also consists of 11% of dietary fibres . Organic carrots are also loaded with minerals such as iron and potassium.

    SPICED CARROT SOUP
    Ingredients – Olive oil, onion, organic carrots, paprika, fresh thyme leaves, low sodium vegetable broth, lemon juice, plain yogurt
    1. Heat the oil in large pot and add onion, organic carrot, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper
    2. Stir it till onions are tender
    3. Add broth and two cups of water
    4. Reduce the heat and simmer
    5. Stir until the organic carrots are soft
     
    Tips   
     

    Serve the soup topped with yogurt, olive oil and pepper
