The sugarcane used in making the jaggery is naturally grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.Also it is manually made as taking it to a mill may add chemicals to it.Our jaggery is prepared by farmers in their own farms.Use of jaggery over refined sugar is very beneficial as it does not increase the sugar levels quickly.Also it has high fibre and mineral content and acts as a respiratory tract cleanser.It provides a cooling effect when consumed along with water during summer.
