SS Semi Automatic Electric Organic Waste Composter

Organic Waste Composting (OWC) is the machine that converts the wet garbage of your building in compost by traditional & natural method. The machine consists of a shredder which breaks the bigger particles like vegetable & fruit peels into smaller size before feeding into the machine. Once the wet garbage is shredded into small pieces, it is collected & transferred to the OWC machine where saw dust & bacteria are mixed for 15 mins to form a homogeneous mixture. The entire machine in PLC controlled, i.e. it automatically controls the timing of the motor as per the preset program. This mixture is finally transferred into the composting drums where it finally converts into compost in approximately 14 days. What we get in the end is natural compost, free of any moisture and odour at lowest power consumption.
