Ornidazole

Tablets contains Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Notably Ofloxacin has 100 times higher affinity for bacterial DNA gyrase. Ofloxacin tis a broad-spectrum antibiotic active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.Ornidazole cures protozoan infections. Ornidazole is active against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria and is used in the management of susceptible protozoal and anaerobic bacterial infections. Ornidazole has longer T ½ (12-14 hours) as compared to that of metronidazole (6-8 hours).
