qg overhead crane with carrier beam adopts high quality carbon steel. There are two kinds of carrier beam, one parallel to girder, another vertical to girder. Lifting capacity is (5+5)t~(25+25)t; span 10.5m~31.5m; working class a5 or a6; ambient temperature -20~40 celsius.
application
this product is widely applicable in factory, warehouse, logistics etc. But it strictly forbids to use in such dangerous operation as easily combustible, explosive and corrosive, electromagnetic, electric grab, heat liquid, overloading and dust etc.
technical characteristics
double girder, welding box beam, camber meet national standard. Mechanical parts adopt high-quality carbon steel, q235b or q345b; (similar as fe37 or fe52). Main welding submerged are welded automatic, and nondestructive flaw detection. The trolley is consisted of motor,reducer, brake, coupling, and the wheel, drum.
operation
ground control and cabin control can be chosen. And ground control with the handle or remote control do not need to set up special driver. Special cabin for bridge crane or capsule driver room make the version open and operation comfortable. The cabin has open style, close style, and can be fixed on left or right. The open direction includes end open,side open or top open.
