properties and advantages: this product relates to differ long-branch chain mix polyamine which made from the reaction of several anionic surfactants and organic extracting agents. It�s white cream, active components reaching 75%-85%, ph 6-7, soluble in water. The solution can intensively chang the hydrophobicity in surface of ore, and reduce surface potential energy, so it has the best selectivity to metal ore, and reach the floatation purpose of making mineral particles attach to air bubbles.this product is an environment-friendly product for avirulent, harmless and no corrosion .
the purpose: this series of products are used in floatation to oxidized ore such as zinc lode, smith sonite. Willemite, potash mine and so on. It has obveious collecting and good selectivity, and also has good effect for the reverse flotation to ironoxideore such as limonite, hematite and son on.
usage: floatation 80-200g per ton of raw ore. The first step is making the solution of 2% of this product. Generally zinc oxide powder should be controlled 80% sieving value for 200 mesh, the ph of ore pulp is controlled in 11.5-12. It will be high grade and high recovery concentrate if the solution adds in one lf-1 type of product.
