process: pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation process should be same as psa nitrogen generation process. In psa oxygen generation plant, zeolite based molecular sieve (zms) should be used instead of carbon molecular sieve (cms) to generate the pure oxygen. Pure oxygen gas pressure should be available up to 2.2 kgcm2 (g) with psa technology and booster oxygen gas compressor should be used in case of higher pressure requirements.
