Packaged Air Conditioners

SKM Packaged Air Conditioners are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of the Gulfs severe climatic conditions and are built specifically for outdoor installations, either on ground or roof level.

SKM Packaged Air Conditioners are ideal for warehouses, large halls, schools, mosques, or wherever the requirement is for a heavy duty unit incorporated with various solutions of compressors (hermetic scroll, hermetic reciprocating and semi-hermetic reciprocating) and refrigerants (R134a, R407C and R410A).

SKM Packaged Air Conditioners are available in wide capacity, ranging from 5 TR to 145 TR (50 Hz & 60 Hz) in various series like PACVD, PACVS, APMR and PACS. Unit operation is controlled by Microprocessor controllers and available with electronic expansion valves as well. These packaged units are designed and rated in accordance to international standards e.g. AHRI, ASHRAE.

SKM Packaged Air Conditioners are completely assembled, internally wired, charged with required refrigerant at factory, tested before dispatch and ready for installation. All that is required on site is connecting ducting and power supply. This greatly reduces installation work and costs. They are designed for ducted systems which will enable them to be installed on roof tops or on the ground.
