Process :

• Step 1 : Sediment Backwashing Pre-Filter - This filter contains high capacity and high purity media which has high dirt-carrying capacity. It filters out all sand, silt, and sediment to below 5 microns to protect the system.
• Step 2 : Carbon Backwashing Carbon Pre-Filter - At this point, this filter with high grade Coconut Shell Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) removes the chlorine, chemicals, pesticides and other undesirable organics.
• Step 3 : Twin-Alternating Water Softener - The advantage of a twin-alternating water softener is a huge advantage in that there is always soft water feeding the reverse osmosis system 24/7/365. This is important to the longivity of membranes and enables the system to produce high-quality water for a long period of time with minimal maintenance. If your water is of high hardness and TDS, a water softener is a necessity for the production of high-purity bottled-quality water.
• Step 4 : Micron Filter - To filter particle sizes up to 5 micron.
• Step 5 : Reverse Osmosis System - The heart of the bottled water plant is the reverse osmosis system, We offer a deluxe system with many features that enable it to produce consistently high purity water.
• Step 6 : Ultraviolet Disinfection System - To ensure becteria and micro-organism free water.
• Step 7 : Ozone generation system - GreenozoneTech PRO400 includes pump, injector and timer to turn pump on and off, so a to provide a residual of ozone when the water is dispensed.
• Step 8 : Dual TDS Monitor - Simultaneously and continiously monitors and controls the TDS levels of two water lines (e.g., the feed water and product water) for high output commercial systems. Large, bright L.E.D. displays.
