Rita Bottle Packer Type Robo-Pack:

   The latest construction for medium capacity range (Max. 1500 crates per hour). The Packer is ideally designed for beverage and food stuff industries. The machine is suitable for Bottles, Cans, Jars, etc. The packer and unpacker is suitable for crates and cartons. The packer is pick and place type.

The packer is equipped by most upto date electronic control which has the possibility to adapt the curve position of the crating movement to individually modified bottle size. Thus high effectiveness is being achieved as well as oscillation free and noiseless crating. The crate and bottle infeed can be executed in several ways (angular or parallel way).

Automatic Bottle Unpacker Type RP-3:
   Fully automatic bottle decrating machine typeRP-3 with bottle table in "T" arrangement to the carton conveyor, working width 1300 mm to decrate bottles into cases or cartons.

   Basic machine with drives, gripper head support, centering frame with pneumatic equipment to stabilize cartons on the conveyor within the machine, bottle table with driven slat chains, lateral guides in stainless steel, gripper head equipment with 3 individual grippers to pick-up 12 bottles each, incl.

   Bottle centering device, machine completely wired, with electrical control box and operating panel.
