We work from a dedicated in-house cold store in Vasant Kunj. For the last-mile deliveries, our delivery personnel carry your products in insulated bags. Like this we control the temperature of the products and keep the cold chain intact.

Gaurava Vatsa and Maya-Lisa Shanker conceptualized the idea of Foodsmith Deli. Each one of them is seasoned in their areas of the food industry with combined experience of over 25 years. Gaurava is a seasoned personality in the industry of import and distribution of gourmet foods for hotels, restaurants, flight kitchens and supermarkets. Maya-Lisa is a chef and entrepreneur.
