Operation instruction of pad printing silicon rubber:
1.Exactly weigh silicon rubber ,silicon oil and curing agent according to customers' requirement.
2.Evenly mix silicon rubber and silicon oil under accurate ratio .
3.Pour the curing agent into the mixed silicon rubber and stir over a low speed evenly.
4.Take evenly mixed silicon rubber into a vacuum machine to release the air bubbles from it.
5.Pour vacuumized silicon rubber into cleaned and dries plastic mold and cover a wooden board on top it .
