Pani Puri Masala (for 100 puris):
\\\\r\\\Boil 3–4 potatoes and 1 bowl of brown chickpeas (desi chana). Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Wash the chickpeas and mix them with the potatoes. Add chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder as per taste.

For 100 puris, take 20 grams of mint leaves (pudina patta), 15 grams of coriander leaves (dhania patta), 5 green chillies, ginger to taste, and 2 spoons of lemon juice. Grind everything into a paste. Add 1.5 liters of water and 2 large spoons of Pani Puri Masala to this paste and stir well.

Uses:
\\\\r\\\Pani Puri Masala can also be used in other preparations like fruit juice, soda lemon water, salted lassi, curd, and more for added tang and flavor.
