Paper backed vinyl is made from a paper substrate laminated to a solid sheet of vinyl. The vinyl portion is where you see the design. This type of wallpaper is sturdy and will resist moisture and stains. It is also washable and easier to remove compared to other materials
Paper backed wall coverings offer all the benefits of color and design, but for low traffic areas where high durability is not a prime concern.
