1. Pulping system
pulper:2.5m³,11kw stirrer:1.5kw*2 pulp pump:3kw*2 water pump:7.5kw sewage pump:1.5kw fiberizer: 7.5kw shaker:0.9m³ 3kw , homogenate machine and automatic control machine
2. Molding system
molding equipment total has eight molding templates, one transfer template, every molding template can be loaded four thirty-egg tray mold, total thirty-two sets. Molding efficiency is 13-15 cyclemin, with vacuum automatic drainage system, mold cleaning equipment and automatic heating system, auto control cabinet.
3. Drying system
overall dimension: 43*1.8*1.5m, one layer conveyor, separated several heating sections, several burners, every section can control independently, used to import or joint brand burner, energy is lpggascoaldiesel, automatic control cabinet.
4.sack and bale system after drying
automatic counting after drying , height limit pressor, easy to stock and transport.
5. Auxiliary equipment
vacuum pump: 45kw, one set; air compressor: 15kw, one set; air storage tank

1. Capacity: 3000 pieceshour (for thirty cell egg tray)
2.production line has about 400m², workshop: length≥50m, width≥8m, height≥4.5m.

4. Production line worker total 5-7 persons.
5. This production line is configured by 30-eggs tray as standard, if it is used to produce egg carton, fruit tray, coffee tray, etc, it needs auxiliary equipment, like hot press machine, sticker, or printing machine etc. Corresponding area, total power, worker quantity must be increased.
