The PCD test Strip method used to assess the ability of sterilization agents, such as steam, EO, and Plasma, to penetrate hollow loads.
Important to ensure that the sterilization chamber is free of air and non-condensing gases before exposing the devices to be processed to the sterilizing agent, to obtain accurate test results.
This test is suitable for any sterilization process in a loaded autoclave and can be used with all types of autoclaves.

The cycle verification indicators are capable of being utilized on each pack, offering assurance that steam has penetrated into the packs, and that all critical parameters of the steam sterilization cycle are present. The non-toxic, water-based chemical indicator, which conforms to ISO 11140-1, will exhibit a distinct and precise color change from blue to lilac once the steam sterilization process has been successfully completed.
