Description

Dennison Wax Pick is used for the evaluation ofsurface strength on Paper & Paperboard.Each Wax Pick isof hard resin non – oily type. Each box contains 8sticks of same number. It is simple, easy to use andinexpensive.

TECHNICAL METHOD FOR USE:

Waxes are heated and applied to surface of the sheet.
After cooling waxes are pulled from the surface of the shape.
Wax is used to check if it has pulled fibre of coating from the surface.
The highest value wax, which does not rapture the surface, is reported as the pick strength of the sheet
