Parallel Twin-screw Extruder

Parallel twin-screw extruder is suitable for extruding all kinds of pvc powder. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary parts, it can be used to produce various pvc plastic tubes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars, and pellets. For cooling system, we adopt internal circulation cooling for screws, and air cooling for barrel.
Plastic extruder is controlled by computer, which determines the optimal screw for clients according to the material formula. Parallel twin screw extruder features small shear force, making it particularly suitable for extruding large-diameter pipes or processing profiles under high speed.
