Parsley Floral Water/hydrosol

Parsley floral water, also known as parsley hydrosol or hydrolat, is a byproduct of the steam distillation process used to extract the essential oil from the leaves and stems of the parsley plant (Petroselinum crispum). Floral water contains a small amount of essential oil and the water-soluble compounds from the plant.
