Passenger Car Seat Testing

Car seat testing machine deals with testing the capability of a manufactured seats to meet their specified requirements when subjected to a set of operating conditions. Specifications  A CAR Seat is being tested for horizontal MOMENT  LOAD application wherein the Horizontal MOMENT load is applied through Electric Linear Servo Actuator (ELSA).  The UPPER CROSS MEMBER of the CAR SEAT under test (P point) with the ELSA Piston ROD as shown in picture.  The POINT P rotates around HIP POINT when the ELSA pulls POINT P.
