Made in Puglia, in southern Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat.
Saclà Pasta dough is shaped through a traditional bronze die to give a textured surface which holds the pasta sauce.
Penne are popular in the Veneto region of North East Italy where they are used in pasta al forno dishes (pasta bakes) because they can absorb and carry so much silky, smooth sauce in their hollows
