The molecules of our Pasting Gum Powder (Cold Process) are small and have a consistent viscosity. This is ensured by using high grade starch that is partly hydrolyzed which is used in the manufacture of the Pasting Gum Powder (Cold Process). It is roasted in the presence of many catalysts.
