Dimensions: L X W X T (18” X 2” X 1”).Description: Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Calibration Standard (PAUTCS) includes Side drilled Holes of 0.060 diameter for use with AWS specifications. Block is used for DAC/TCG for thicknesses up to 2, angle beam verification, probe angle exit point, calibration for wedge delay, and sensitivity.
Geometry: The three radii (12.5mm, 25mm, and 50mm) enable calculations for velocity, sound path, and exit point verification. The 25mm-wide metric block has five 1.2mm-diameter holes spaced 2.5mm, 5.0mm, 10.0mm, 15.0mm, 20.0mm, 30.0mm, 35.0mm, 45.0mm, and 47.5mm apart from each scanning surface.
