Polycarbonate (PC) plastic virgin granules material is used to produce these paint testing panels, the color of the panel is black.
A smooth top surface of panel allows you to do an initial assessment of the paint that involves visual inspection under controlled lighting to check for defects like color variation, gloss level, surface smoothness, and coverage uniformity.
The size of the panels is 150mm X 75 mm, thickness 2mm, top surface is polished (non textured).
You can apply paint on these panels by spray painting, screen printing, pad printing, paint brushes, dipping or rollers.
