We provide end-to-end PCB Assembly services covering Surface Mount (SMT), Through-Hole (THT), and Mixed Technology, with single or double-sided component placement. Our assembly lines support fine-pitch and micro-components including BGA, QFN, QFP, and sizes as small as 01005, using both Lead and Lead-free (RoHS) soldering options.

With advanced 2.5D AOI inspection, X-ray verification, automatic wave soldering, and strict BOM component checking, we ensure high-precision assembly and complete quality reliability.

We offer Turnkey, Consigned, and Partially-Consigned Assembly, giving customers flexibility in sourcing components while maintaining rigorous testing and QC standards.

• Component support: 01005, 0201, 0402, QFN, QFP, BGA

• Max component size: 56 × 56 × 15 mm

• Accepted packaging: Reels, continuous cut tape (12”+), tubes, trays

• Board sizes: Minimum 90 × 50 mm (smaller boards are panelized)

• Board thickness: 0.5 mm to 3.2 mm

• Supported board shapes: Rectangular, circular, and custom shapes

• Supported files: Gerber, BOM (.xls/.csv/.xlsx), Centroid (Pick & Place)
