PCB Board Unloading Machine

This unit is used to collect PCBs into magazine at the end of SMT/DIP or testing production line. The PCB's are collected from upstream machine using attached conveyor and pushed into the magazine automatically. Avoid manual touch, reducing labor cost, increasing production efficiency.

1. Full Steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.

2. Mitsubishi PLC control system, touch screen interface.

3. Lifting by motor, transmission by precision ball screw, effective step distance can be set by 10,20,30,40mm。

4. Material containers are fixed by four-position cylinder, moving stable.

5.Board receiving drive by motor, stable, speed adjustable.

6.Photoelectric protection, sound and light alarm in case of abnormality.

7.With Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation.
